I notice this is web-based...meaning, I believe, that all your information is managed virtually by someone else.

If you really need software like this you might want to look into Notary Assist. I believe that's something you manage yourself. I've used the trial version for the last couple weeks - I would not call it primitive. I think it's very nicely developed. The full version is $99 - Notary Gadget is $6.00/month - that's $72/year...year after year after year...

Disclaimer: I have no ties to Notary Assist whatsoever. I'm not even sure I'm going to purchase the full version as my business is not such that I can't handle it on my own with my Quicken program and an appointment book. I just have a problem with having private and financial information handled virtually.

I have been using this product and like it. It is a little primitive, but works well. I would like to see more on the reports side though.

Just to let you know, I tried this product and paid the fee. It seems to work well and I find it easy to use. Made a few suggestions on some fields to add like transaction number in signing area and contact website info to store username as well as the website to go to.

This is a personal preference though. Emails invoices to you and vendor which I found nice. The format needs some tweaking though. Good luck with this.

Like Linda, I had never heard of the product either. However, after reading the initial post I did go to the website, and it looks like it could be useful. I signed up for the 60 day free trail.

"you know what i mean."

All due respect but, no, I, for one, DON'T know what you mean. I barely understood your first question, never mind your second post. I'd guess you didn't get a response the first time around because possibly no one has heard of the product or has used it? I haven't...so no comment on the product.

Does this help?
