Richard is very prompt, quick to respond, arrives on time, courteous, and very professional. I will definitely use him again when needed.

Richard did it again, I have some real estate paper needs to be notary, call him in the evening and he comes right the way and he's about 30 miles away. And he only charge me $26 but I gave $30 (I don''t think anyone can beat that). This is the 4 times that I use him for Notary.

If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
