I called Annette Donker. She answered her phone. She printed the documents, drove them to my client at 10:00PM, notarized them, delivered them the next morning to the FedEx office in the next town, and texted me the tracking number. I gave her a debit card. DONE! House recording today!
I could not have accomplished this without a notary, but I needed more. I needed a notary that would make it happen. Annette took the EXTRA steps necessary.
