Scott is fantastic! he has Notarized personal documents as well as Real Estate Closing documents for me and my family. each time, he has arrived at our location and handled our business professionally. Scott is very seasoned and was very helpful with any questions we had. I will continue to use Scott with future needs. Instead, I live out of state and needed someone to go to the county recorder's office and do title searches for several pieces of properties. I called another notary who, it was clear, had no idea what I needed. And, then I called Scott and hit the jackpot. He knew exactly how to find the deeds in the county records, and he forwarded copies of them to me quickly. I am an attorney, and I could not have done the title searches as quickly and effectively as Scott did them. Scott's rates are reasonable, he is very responsive and his work is first rate. The mortgage company arranged for Scott Siler to come to my home to notarize the loan documents. Scott was wonderful to work with. He scheduled a time that was convenient for me. He arrived on time and was very helpful. I entered the wrong date on one of the documents. Scott did not blink an eye about it, even though it meant that a new document would have to be printed and signed. He returned to his office, printed the document and returned to my home to have me sign it within an hour. He was so gracious about the ordeal. He was very professional but very pleasant and easy to talk to. I definitely will request Scott's services anytime I need a Notary. He's the greatest.
