It is far easier and safer to use his services than trying to process remotely with expensive FedEx parcels and never ending international phone calls to the NY administration. In the end the documents were available three months later than the original plan ("we're behind"). I'd asked MMN&AS to get those documents to me and they waited along with me for them to finally be available. When they were finally registered Mike got them very promptly and had them Fedexed down to me in a very short time. The service is exactly as suggested - personal and efficient.
On the way you may get to learn something about the notary business. Mike needed a POA to collect the documents for me and he was quick to notice that my then local neighborhood (Nolita) notary wasn't as clean and tidy as they should have been.
