I called Michael Gilman at 9:00 p.m to notarize a will at the home of our loved one who was declining rapidly and near death. He wasn't able to do this for us but generously
offered a referral to someone reliable, that could help us. I sincerely appreciated his quick response to my call and his referral. He was very professional and I trusted him. Mr. Gilman answered my phone and patiently listened to my case. We are on the phone for a while (more than ten minutes). After understanding my situation, he kindly referred me to another public notary, Mr. Bernie Ment, because it was late in the day and he already on the road back to his home and too far away from the Comfort Inn I stayed. I contacted Mr. Ment to get the PoA notarized and sent it out that night.
However, I am very appreciated for the help Mr. Gilman provided to me. I strongly recommend to anyone who needs a public notary and would absolutely choose to utilize him again in the future.

The class was very informative and the written information provided all the facts needed to take the Notary test. During our class, Mr. Gilman, announced he would make time to go over the questions before we took the test if we had questions. I took him up on this offer and met with him to go over some things I was not sure of. I took the Notary test 3 days later and got my notification I passed 3 days after that. On very short notice - within a couple of hours - he came to the house prepared to do a routine notarization. When it proved that the documents we had prepared were not on the appropriate form, he helped us to locate and download the right document (for free) and when, on top of that, our printer didn't work he connected his own printer and got our documents printed, then proceeded to do a thoroughly professional job of notarizing all four copies. In all, he devoted time and effort "above and beyond the call of duty" all for a modest fee, and I cannot recommend him too highly. We are very grateful.
