I call about 10 notaries and they were either close or don't work on a Sunday night and the last person that I call was Mr. Chang and he was available and he charge me a very fair price considering the last minute. I'll come the next time for sure. He was able to come to my home at the time i had asked him. He was very pleasant and filled out all forms correctly. The money for services was very fair.
