He was courteous and professional in all respects. We were contacted to obtain directions to our residence and he arrived on time and ready to begin. The entire process was completed in less than an hour, was not rushed, was explained in detail and performed without a problem. He provided us with copies of everything we signed, explained how the closing papers would be returned to the Title Company and the document we needed to file with the County after the closing. I am an attorney by profession and know the importance of the documents being signed. Most persons would not know what Mr. DeFranco was doing, however I did. He made sure each document was signed, dated by us prior to him notarizing the document. Also he checked identification prior to signing anythng, as a notary should.
As an attorney, if I had to complete a transaction such as this with a notary being present to make sure everything is done to the letter of the law, I would have Mr. DeFranco do it.
