I was so pleased to find that Sam was on 123notary. I had previously worked with her in a prior job and she did a lot of work for our company. She asked important questions prior to the closing, she didn't assume anything even though she has been doing this for years. The customer spoke highly of her and she immediately emailed docs after the closing. I highly recommend Sam. She is the best. She will get all of the business that I have in the Chattanooga area!

My daughter was in Chattanooga for one day. Even though Samantha was dealing with a very sick aunt, she helped us get our several papers notarized. Very knowledgeable and nice. I certainly can recommend her.

I had legal papers that I needed to have signed and notorized by my soon to be ex wife. I am in a different state and she has difficulty getting around. I looked for a mobile notary and Samantha was the first one I saw. I called and she answered(no voicemail that I had to leave a mag and wait to be called back) and was understanding of my situation. She then went above and beyond by making arrangements to make sure the paperwork was done and even mailed it for me. I would highly recommend using Samantha for mobile notary needs. She is professional and very helpful.

I get a text from my son at 10:30 PM "mom, we are leaving at 4:30 AM instead of 4:30 PM. I am in panic mode - I called around and finally sent Samantha a text message. She replied and met me at 12:30 AM to notarize a form for my son. I was so grateful - she was so sweet and totally understood my situation. Bless her heart she had some dental work done, in a lot of pain. I plan on recommending her to everybody I know. She's the best & I owe her so much for what she did.

Wonderful person

I would like to pay a sincere compliment and a thank you to Samantha for coming to meet us for some notarizations. She was so sweet and helpful and we really appreciate this during the very stressful time our family has been going through. I would highly recommend her and we appreciate her coming to us in the snowstorm.

We just met Sam a few weeks ago and are thoroughly impressed with her great insight in lending, wonderful attitude, professional appearance and utmost desire to be the best at everything she is involved in. Sam is definitely a great business partner, professional colleague and made us feel that we have found a new wonderful friend.

AMAZING! What a beautiful and kind spirited person! We were in such despair with the death of our father and needed some assistance and upon a search on the internet we found Samantha. She assisted us with all of our many needs and sat and listened to all of us for over 1 hr at 10 at night and helped us in so many ways. Our entire family highly recommends her and it helped us that she spoke in Greek to our yiayia. :)

Sam was great. I needed a last-minute notary on a Sunday evening, and came upon her listing, the only one I found who would do the work at that time. We traveled to a mutual location and my complicated job was finished quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend her.

We were in a desperate hurry to get a transaction done and we found Samantha online at 123notary.com. From the moment we spoke she was very accommodating & flexible & pleasant to our clients who were upset by a delay in some paperwork. But, here comes Samantha with a beautiful smile and just calmed everyone down. We will use her for all of our transactions she was very knowledgeable and explained everything to the clients satisfaction and when everything was done beleive it or not everyone hugged her! You never see that in our industry!

From the first moment I spoke with Samantha I knew that she was going to make my closing process a smooth one. She arrived on time, dressed professionally, and was easy to talk to. She was VERY knowledgeable on every single piece of paper within my loan documents. Samantha gave us her business card and told us to call her if we ever had any questions. I will always ask for her and refer her to everyone I know.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
