I am extremely satisfied with Edyta's service! I had a buyer/lender package for buyers in Buda TX that were unable to travel to McAllen. Even after I had to cancel the first appointment with her and reschedule for the next day, due to lender package not arriving on time, she was extremely polite and very responsive. She arrived on time and my clients were extremely pleased. When sending me originals back they were all in order. Very clean, neat and professional. No missed signatures or notary acknowledgements. I will definitely keep her in my contacts.

I have been using Edyta for a couple of years now and she is the first person I call when I have a closing in her area. She is very knowledgeable and always on time to the closings. She backs up the work she does and always gets the original package back to us timely.

Edyta Sawin is always quick to respond and the loan docs come back to me with no errors. A borrower emailed me after closing to tell me how much she appreciated me sending Edyta to do her closing. I know she will do a great job whenever I call her.

Edyta is always available when we need her. She goes out of her way to please our needs and most Importantly the customer needs. She can do E-Sign closings which is very hard to find a notary that will do that. We highly Recommend her anytime of the day.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
