Mr. Rosenzweig was able to notarize Power of Attorney documents for my blind and disabled sister and brother-in-law, who live two hours away from me, on extremely short notice. He arrived on time, performed his service cheerfully, and left my sister exclaiming how nice he is. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Baltimore/DC area who needs a mobile notary.

I needed a notary for a Power-of-Attorney for my wheelchair-bound mother-in-law. Norman was able to come on short-notice and get it done far more cheaply and conveniently than hiring a wheelchair van to drive to a notary.

My family and I were very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Rosenzweig. He met us at the most unusual place (bowling alley) to notarized some documents so that we could finalize my dad''s Will/Estate. He was very prompt, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him.
