Norman was terrific. Prompt, prepared, patient, and with a high attention to detail. He made the whole process pleasant and convenient.

My husband and I were not able to get to a notary together during the day due to our work schedules. Luckily we found Norman online and we were able to set up convenient time on Saturday evening to get our paperwork notarized. He was prompt, prepared and thorough. We appreciate the convenience he was able to provide us. Thanks!!!

We called Norman to ask for a notary so that my mother, who is dying, could sign documents so my father and I could get some of her affairs in order. He was able to arrive within an hour, but my mother was unable to sign the documents because she was unexpectedly much sicker. We had to tell Norman that we would not be having my mother sign the documents, but we would pay his travel fee. Recognizing our difficult situation, Norman told us that he would not charge us his travel fee a second time if we called when my mother was able to sign. Today, more than a week later, my mother was able to sign the documents. Norman again arrived within an hour of my calling him and refused to charge his travel fee.

I should also say that Norman shared quite a bit of his knowledge about having documents notarized and made sure we had everything necessary in place when he arrived. I had previously talked to another notary who was not as helpful in that respect.

I would definitely recommend Norman to anyone in need of a notary. He is prompt, kind, and knowledgeable.

Norman took my call on a Sunday, was here in less than an hour, finished up in 10 minutes. Was pleasant, thorough and explained the entire process as he did it. Very pleased ... Bill

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
