Ms. Smith was the notary assigned to us through the mortgage company and title company. She was understanding and kind. Beyond that she went out of her way to ensure that we were able to meet in a place that was convenient and at a time that worked. She prepared us on the phone for what would be needed and the time that we would need to set aside. I would highly recommend her services and would use her again.
