For over ten years I held the #1 spot on 123notary.com for New York City. When I retired and moved out of New York; I still received many calls for notary work. It's impossible to completely "get off the internet" as I had several thousand hits. But, enough about me.

I tell each caller to contact Charles, I have both met; and worked with him often. Many were the jobs offered to me that I referred to Charles. Never a complaint or the slightest issue. He as the "old fashioned work ethic" and knows how to double and triple check his work. I even used him to notarize a document for me!

I emailed legal documents for him to take to a client to be signed and Notarized and witnessed by another third party. Charles set up the appointment and arrived on time according to my client and completed the signing in just a few minutes. Charles sent the docs to me in a prepaid packet that I sent to him with payment. It was a claim for funds owed to my client by the government and the government sent the check with no hassels over the documents. It was the smoothest claim I have filed in 3 years. I will be using Charles Segure again on my next New York claim.
