We hired Charles Segure to notarize a number of documents for our elderly father. Charles did a great job. Some of the documents were drafted in Atlanta, Georgia, and required rigorous following of their specific format, which is quite different from that of documents prepared in NY. Charles was on top of every minute detail and handled them with expert skill.
On a personal level, Charles was very friendly and treated my 90-year old father with kindness and understanding. Dad loved him.
