I just wanted to warn other title companies and businesses that this notary cancelled for a closing that was booked two days in advance. He called the day of the closing and his reasoning was that he would be missing out on other closings by taking mine which was further away than he anticipated. I am not sure why it took him two days to figure out the location of my closing which was provided to him upfront. He did not offer any type of referral or really seem to care. I guess it was because I was a new customer and he could make more money by not taking my closing. Very unprofessional.
