I was looking for local notaries and was excited to see if I can find someone who can do a notary presentment. At first she was pleasant, but when I politely declined to answer her question of what a notary presentment was, her entire toned changed and she said "Okay,Bye," in an unpleasant manner and I wasn't rude to her in any capacity. We have been very pleased with how she has expertly and warmly handled our client interactions. We have hired her multiple times for complex document signings including estate agreements and limited power of attorney. She sets the client at ease and explains document details thoroughly.
She is also prompt and communicates in a timely manner, which is very important with last-minute signing appointments!
