Lisa made everything happen (a POA signing and a vehicle title signing) on-site at my 91-year old father''s house - strictly by the rules - while, at the same time, making every single person involved (me, my father, my wife, the witness, and the seller) feel completely at ease by way of her competency and her outgoing, yet relaxed, personality.

Jon Pinchock on 26/06/2018 10:18:35 PM I sat in on a closing for my son. Lisa was very nice. However she was 2 hours late. When she showed up she had on a hoody with jeans and tennis shoes. She asked for copies of drivers licenses but never asked to see the originals. When my son asked for copies she provided a copy of the note, compliance agreement and RTC. I am sorry to hear that Shelia had some​ concerns. My clients were not Shelia but my services and conversations were with her son and his wife. Shelia would not have been aware that I had talked to him about schedule s that day including traffic ran into during my drive to them. This was a weekend appointment and typically more casual is fine when meeting at their home. All of business clothing including shirts and jackets bear the business name including the shirt worn that day. All apporriate documents were left with the client. All steps during the closing were professional with all proper steps being taken. My client was not Shelia. They were very nice and we had a great closing and conversation. I used Lisa for notary services for my Mom. I needed witnesses as well. Lisa got everything together and came to our home. (My Mom is homebound). She was prompt, courteous, and reasonabley priced. She had great communication skills between my mother and I and made the whole process quite painless. I would not hesitate to use her again if the need comes up, and recommend her highly.
