We have used Michael Friedel twice with excellent results. First time was handling an estate sale with a multiple signers who were relatives of the deceased owner. The second time was a condo sale with one of us in Iowa and the other in Arizona. Michael noticed the title company made a mistake not including some of the documents in one set of the closing package. If he had not caught the title company''s mistake the closing would have failed and would have needed to be done again at a later date. He is very knowledgeable.
