I needed a notary to have my old employers verify documents for a electrical license. Joseph was the first and only to answer the phone. Joseph was friendly, punctual, and professional. He printed the documents, drove to my old office, then shipped the documents to me after emailing me the scanned copies. Dealing with multiple notary s around the country for the same thing Joseph was by far the best experience. If anytime I need a notary in the San Diego area I wouldn't use anyone els.
