Compared to previous closing experiences, Brian made this closing a breeze. He explained each document or group of documents before we signed, and it still took less than an hour to go through all 90+ pages!
Nice, kind, and professional. Besides, our cats liked him, too!

Brian assisted us with our refinancing closing at our house a couple of months ago. He was extremely professional, kind, thorough, and made the process straight-forward and a breeze. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of the services he provides, he is exemplary in his field and a joy to work with.

Brian arrived on time and was dressed professionally. He walked us through the closing paperwork for our refinance and took the time to explain the documents that we needed further clarification. He moved at the perfect pace as he understood this was not our first closing as much of the paperwork was already known to us. He even noticed I dated one of the documents incorrectly and saved us a major headache down the road. Would highly recommend Brian to anyone needing notary services.
