I emailed Monique about a last minute closing and she emailed me back within an hour. I had originally gone with another notary who responded about 5 minutes before she did. The other notary had to cancel due to a medical emergency. Monique confirmed that she was still available and would happily handle the closing for me. She was very responsive to my emails, showed up on the agreed upon time, got the documents to me for review and back in FedEx very quickly. All the documents were executed correctly and no corrections were needed. I would use her services again.
