Talk about failing to follow instructions. This notary was hired by our agency to bring a witness to a job 2 minutes before the job he tells our client he is not bringing a witness. To make matters worst the job was booked 1 week in advance you would think a professional would have someone lined up. This guy was unprofesssional did not even contact our company so we can make other arrangements. He made our client upset and we will never use him again. We will also be reporting his commission to the state.

Notary's responses:
This guy is a big time liar. He called and asked for a Will signing. Well right before that I had a signing like 2 miles away, and that morning my witness cancelled on me . So I texted them and let them know so we can figure something out real quick. Well come to find out the lady he had me meet that started yelling at me that she paid for 2 witnesses. So now I’m wondering who are you. I talked with a man In CAlifornia that hired me but she is telling me she paid me and she also text me from the same number Mr. Rai text me from. So I figured I contacted the people in charge . Now this is the kicker. She had a medical power of attorney to notarize, she had a separate durable power of attorney and the Will itself . Thats 3 documents. They never or he never stated that anywhere. He is a scam artist and i will be reporting his notary commission as well, and will never work with him as well.

I texted Edmond at 11:00 at night needing something signed by 7:30 the next morning. He came early the next morning for me to ensure it was signed in time. He was wonderful to work with.

Respectfully I write this review, having said that I had the opportunity to engage with Mr. Edmund Ferguson who are the notarizing and signing of some very personal legal documentation. I appreciate that notary Edmund Ferguson made it possible to meet me at a given location with just it a short time of notice to complete the notarizing that I required and needed. I would truly recommend mr. Edmund Ferguson and his services to anyone, and at any time, thanks mr. Ferguson.

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
