Johnette rescued us when a notary did not show up for their scheduled appointment. I called her at 8:30pm on a Friday night desperate for notary services first thing Saturday morning and she was able to accommodate. Johnette was very knowledgeable of her area, made a great suggestion of meeting location for Saturday, was clear about her timing availability and was able to meet our needs perfectly. After a long week, I was so grateful for her calm demeanor and kindness in taking on a last minute request.
