Lorelle was exceedingly accommodating. She was extremely pleasant and professional and we were able to get the whole transaction done at our home same day I called. Highly recommended

As other reviewers have said, Lorelle is a life saver. While on vacation in Kona I needed a notary. The UPS store said it had one.... but it didn''t and now I was frantic. They gave me Lorelle''s card. She invited me up to her house so we could take care of my issue immediately!! She interrupted her busy morning to attend to my needs. Thank you, Lorelle!!!!! I had an auto emergency that needed a quick resolve. I was looking all over Kona for a same day notary until I was directed to Lorelle. She was able to take me in as soon as I called. I was underprepared so she helped me rewrite my document to fit what I needed. Welcoming and helpful, what else could you ask for.

I was able to contact her by cell phone and she accommodated us for a meeting the next day. She met my clients at the Hapuna Beach resort. She was very responsive to phone calls and emails and kept us informed from beginning to end. She emailed me the signed papers and we were able to complete the transaction on time. Pleasant to deal with & would recommend her if we ever need a notary in Kona Hawaii.

Lifesaver, professional, personable, absolutely accommodating in every way. Lorelle pays attention to detail, is very thorough, and has a marvelous personality to boot. She serves a great cup of coffee at her Airbnb while processing your legal documents. I would definitely recommend her service. Mahala Lorelle.

Ms carter was incredibly helpful - I was on holiday in Hawaii and needed something witnessed by a notary urgently. Ms carter was helpful and very professional and subsequently gave helpful advice on how to have documents sent to the mainland urgently.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
