Alan J, Kost is a gem of a notary. He is professional, timely, and outstanding. I called him at the last minute to do a refinance when the other notary ghosted all of our calls and emails. Alan picked up the phone and worked us into his very busy schedule today 8/25. Alan is highly recommended please us this notary. A few days before I arrived my father had a bad fall, ending up hospitalized and recovering in a nursing home. In the midst of managing this family emergency, I needed a mobile notary immediately. I found Mr. Kost on this site after a desperate internet search from my hotel room.
I called him in the morning, and he was willing to travel to Wilkes-Barre that same evening and meet me at the nursing home. He was very pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person. He checked in with me prior to his arrival time, and arrived on time. He worked with both my parents and our witnesses to get everything notarized exactly how I needed.
I am grateful for Mr. Kost''s professionalism, willingness to travel to me, and willingness to meet my same-day need and schedule. Thanks to him I now have the documents I need to manage my family''s affairs properly.
