Based in UT we had an out of state last minute closing in Tiburon, CA. Carol answered all our calls promptly, she was clear on all she needed from us, she was able to assist us with our last minute closing docs we had just barely received from our lender. She got our client in for a 3 o'clock closing that day (thoroughly check marked all correct boxes, and signed and notarized all the docs perfectly with zero errors) and got our docs back in Fed-Ex same night to which we received first thing the next morning in our office here in UT. Extremely pleased with Carol, & highly recommend her services. We will absolutely be utilizing her services in the future.
