It is Wednesday evening. The house I am selling is in Wasilla, Alaska. I am in Anchorage. My Seller is in Copperas, TX. I need notarized documents, in Alaska, Friday morning. What do I do?

I called Annette Donker. She answered her phone. She printed the documents, drove them to my client at 10:00PM, notarized them, delivered them the next morning to the FedEx office in the next town, and texted me the tracking number. I gave her a debit card. DONE! House recording today!

I could not have accomplished this without a notary, but I needed more. I needed a notary that would make it happen. Annette took the EXTRA steps necessary. I am in Alaska and will probably never use her again, but, she was on line, on time, on task and absolutely, ALL OVER IT! Thanks Annette!
