Very helpful! Was able to help with a 24 hour notice and get this done for me! Will absolutely reach out again for clients in the area! In the last couple of months, Ms. Cooks has been the closing agent/notary at a number of my closings. Each time she arrived on time, was dressed very professionally, and conducted herself in an extremely professional manner.
