Ms. Kingsbury was the most negative person I have had to do business with in a long time. She complained incessantly regarding COVID-19, having to wear a mask and sanitize her pens, her personal issues and discussed her personal life during my signing. I have other friends in Flagstaff who also had signings with her and complained about the same negative issues. I do not recall the exact date of our signing. The date below is an estimated date.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joy on a few transactions within the last couple of weeks. She has always been positive and up beat when she answers the telephone. Joy has been honest about when she is available to do a signing for me. On one of my loans she went above and beyond waiting for several hours for the lender to provide her documents while the borrowers (who had driven 2 hours for the signing) waited in Flagstaff. She kept me and the borrower apprised of what she knew and the status of the documents. The signing finally happened, but would not have if not for Joy going above and beyond. She cares that her signings are completed accurately. She is a professional in every sense of the word. I look forward to working with her in the future.
