We are elderly and no longer able to travel freely, so
finding a safe, in-home notary service is important to us.

Ms. Guinn kept us informed of her progress by text messages and arrived promptly, as scheduled.

She was very professionally dressed and quite helpful in the notarization transaction, keeping us from making trivial mistakes during the signing process.

We're at that stage in our lives when keeping paperwork in good order is important and hope to ask for her services again as our needs arise.

Kimberly Guinn is highly, highly recommended.

Kimberly directed me other brick and mortar as I was looking for a mobile notary. I felt as if she didn't want to do business with us. She went on to tell me that she had enough business in Katy to keep her busy. She also assumed that we need her assistance to save us money without knowing what we needed. Kimberly "as a matter of fact attitude" was very insulting. Needless to say I declined to do business with her

Notary's responses:
This was an interesting call I received from this woman. She wanted me to come to her house in Houston which is out of my normal travel area (19 miles/ 45 minutes each way) and notarize a document at 6:30 pm. I told her my fee and I explained that my fee is higher because of the distance and that I work in Katy primarily. I offered her notary options that might have been able to assist her, but she became snarky and hung up on me. She did not “decline to do business" with me, she flat out hung up the phone while I was speaking.

I personally don’t feel that I should have to say “Yes” to every person that calls me wanting a document signed. I have the right to say that I don’t travel to X area, but I always try to give my caller assistance by directing them to another option. Many times I suggest looking for a mobile notary on 123Notary.com. I have had numerous people thank me for my assistance. This is the first time I’ve ever been hung up on, when I am only trying to be helpful.

Kim passed the 123notary Certification by Phone Test in June of 2017.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
