Charles is an awesome notary who has performed several closings for us flawlessly. He is a true professional in every way and I always enjoy when I have a closing in his area because I know my clients will always be well taken care of.

I was given Charles name by The Village Rehabilitation Unit as I needed documents to be signed by a notary for Richard Stephens. He was prompt, reviewed the documents with me and handle himself professional. He worked well with Richard who had a massive stroke; Charles made sure Richard was component to sign the documents, Charles, George and I were with Richard as Richard read the documents and he agreed to sign the the documents.I would use Charles services again.

Charles is a Notary that I certainly recommend. He is on time; reasonably-priced; personable and professional.

Charles showed up on time and got the job done professionally, all at a reasonable price and on short notice. Highly recommended.

This notary attempted to have documents of power of attorney signed for an unable elderly stroke patient with a man who threatened others in his presence and left when the police were called and the documents were thrown out by the police at that time.
I would not use this notary and I seriously doubt his ethical ability

Notary's responses:
This was written by a person named Jacob Miller (phone number 406-549-0124), not Noah. I met with a friend of his named Richard Stevens on May 19th at a facility called The Village, which is a retirement/rehabilitation community. I was called by a person named Vicky Thorp (who's number I can provide to you as well) to have her partner, Richard Stevens, sign a POA. I verified his identification as well as his ability to understand the document he was signing and had him sign like I often do. Jacob confronted myself, Vicky, her friend George (who is another credible witness and who's phone number I can provide) as well as Richard in his room and was told by Richard to leave the room. I was told by Vicky that Richards friend Jacob Miller didn't want him to sign the POA and was after his estate. I woke up to a call this morning at 6am from Jacob telling me the police were after me, he was going to get my license taken away and that I needed to check with the people at The Village to see if Richard was able to sign anything. The front desk of The Village referred me to Vicky, like they do for others regularly. The police did not take the document. There were no police involved while I was there. I'm happy to give you as much more information about this issue as possible. Please don't publish anything about this as the extremely limited business in this city is all I have.
