Mr.Farmer was so very kind and professional. He accommodated me after business hours to get out some urgent documents. A true gentleman, it was a pleasure to meet Mr Farmer.

Leo Farmer provides 24 hour service and was happy to meet us at 8 PM one evening, at a site near us, to notarize signatures for the sale of my car. Very reasonably priced, prompt and pleasant!

Mr. Farmer met with us to notarize my document very quickly (on a weekend night) and was very nice to work with. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

I was extremely pleased to find and work with Leo Farmer in trying to get a deed properly transferred. He was very easy to work with being such a kind gentleman. I am in Arizona, the property is in Pennsylvania and the needed signatures were in North Carolina.
If I ever need a notary in North Carolina, I would call Leo Farmer!

Mr. Farmer was very kind and extraordinarily accomodating. He even offered to drive to my town at 10pm when I mentioned a pressing matter I was facing. We were speaking on the phone about 9pm when he offered to make said trip to my town. So very short notice.

Once at his home the following day (the previos nights arrangements didn't work out on my end), even though I was about 10-15 late and he had somewhere to go, he waited for me and my daughter to arrive.

He greeted us all very warmly, kept very friendly, light communication going between us, all while notarizing three seperate documents. His disposition was very calm, friendly, and easy-going.

I will most definately use Mr. Farmer again if needed, as well as recommend him to others.

Very good experience!
