Jocelyn was in our home today, Wednesday, July 3, to do paper work for a new loan. From the moment she arrived she was courteous, polite, friendly, and most of all very professional. We completed our work in a very timely manner. She arrived on time and communicated with us exactly what we needed to do.

Since June of 2016 Joclyn has completed several error free closings for our firm. She is our primary go to closer for that area.

Scheduling for a title company is not always an easy task, being that most closings that are scheduled are relatively short notice (1-2 days out), and sometimes the same day. I always call Jocelyn first when attempting to close in this corner of UT, and she willingly accepts assignments on short notice. She is one of the most professional, efficient signing agents that we work with nationwide, and is an asset to our business. Can't say enough kind words about how much easier she makes my job, or how she handles herself with her closings. 2 thumbs up, highly recommend!

I was initially impressed with Jocelyn Water's enthusiasm and professional demeanor. I have contracted Jocelyn for several real estate notaries; she is always willing to accommodate my buyer and sellers schedule. Closing documents have always been returned to me in a timely manner. Jocelyn makes sure that our documents are signed and notarized correctly the first time. Her ability to receive and print documents electronically makes it convenient when you need a same day signing.
