I needed a Notary Public stamp on an important document at the last minute on a Sunday. I left an e-mail and phone message with Joe and he returned my contact within an hour. Even though he was planning to leave immediately for the day, he set aside the time to notarize my document. He was friendly and efficient ... and charged only the basic $10 fee, less than I have paid at my local mail store which is closed on Sunday.

This was the first time I used Joe the notary, he was very helpful, knowledgable and efficient.
Our clients were very please with their signing experience and we received our signed loan docs back the next day.
Thank you Joe!

Joe is a rare breed and I would venture to say he is one of the best signing agents out there to be exact. He took a last minute closing from me at a price that was more than fair, handled the closing perfectly and gave me timely updates at every step of the transaction. He gets my vote of confidence.

I contacted Joe for a mobile notary to go into the Orange County Jail for temporary custody paperwork. Not only was he on time, he is very nice and very helpful. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a notary.

Thanks again Joe!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
