The last week I need a notary on a Sunday night. I call about 10 notaries and they were either close or don't work on a Sunday night and the last person that I call was Mr. Chang and he was available and he charge me a very fair price considering the last minute. I'll come the next time for sure.

he is very professional he does tax preparation, notary and soon he will start as insurance broker, and has done a couple of jobs for me came on time. no complaints here

I would start saying that he is very punctual with his appointment and that the price he charges was right. I would recommend him to my co workers and friends

I like to say that i was looking for someone to come to my home and notarize several documents and i was lucky to find Mr. Segundo Chang. He was able to come to my home at the time i had asked him. He was very pleasant and filled out all forms correctly. The money for services was very fair. I would not hesitate to use his services again.
