This is my first time reaching out to Mr. Diaz and I felt it was necessary to share my experience. He was extremely rude and unprofessional for hanging up the phone on me in middle of me trying to understand why he was backing out after agreeing to do a structured settlement signing for my company. I was told that I was attempting to "camouflage" what industry we work in when I did with no hesitation disclose that we are a factoring company for annuities aka structured settlements. I can certainly understand his position for not wanting to do the signing as some notaries are not comfortable with them but to hang up on me while in mid conversation was not in anyway professional.

Notary's responses: Mr. Nesbeth's company has a terrible reputation for deceit and exploration of vulnerable people. I do not wish to participate in his criminal fraud. He must live with his crimes. I chose not to.
Mr. Diaz was very professional, reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely use his services again.

I have worked several years with Jerry and he is alway great to work with, when you hire Jerry you want have to hold his hand as he is a very seasoned notary and know the business very well.

Very professional service. He arrived on time and was polite and efficient. The paperwork was in order and the signing proceeded smoothly. Overall, a good experience. Would recommend.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job
Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.
Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review. |
