We love having Jennifer on our team!

I have known Ms. Henerlau for many years, both personally and professionally. She always performs her work in the utmost professional manner, and works exceptionally hard to provide the best customer service possible. It is not unusual for her to "go the extra mile", if necessary, to get the job done. Without reservation, I highly recommend Ms. Henerlau.

I have used Jennifer so far on two occasions. She was recommended by our local hospital Administration. I find her to be very available and dependable. Both times she showed up on time and was quick in getting the job done. I would highly recommend Jennifer.

Jennifer Henerlau was prompt and courteous. She had accurate and insightful answers to all our questions We will use her again the next time we need a notary.

I have used Jennifer Henerlau several times for last minute Notary needs and am extremely satisfied with her performance. She is always able to schedule a same day appointment time that works for my signors very limited schedule. Arrives on time, prepared and is very efficient. I will continue to use Jennifer for all my notary needs and am very pleased with her service and you should do the same.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job
Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.
Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review. |
