Over the course of thirty (30) years my wife and I have refinanced several properties more than several times. Mr. Davega has provided notary services for MANY of these transactions of which we consider a great testament to his knowledge/expertise, professionalism, as well as friendliness and humor. We will continue to seek financing/refinancing and look forward to using the notary services of Mr. Davega.

I needed help updating a grant deed and Rich was very helpful. Before I contacted Rich, I had submitted the deed twice already and it was returned with numerous issues that I couldn't figure out how to correct. (It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be.) Rich was quick to respond to my emails and offered help with the documents before I met with him. He also contacted the County to verify what exactly they were looking for. The paperwork he did was all correct and thorough and the deed was recorded thanks to his guidance. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I contacted Richard yesterday for a signing today in Bradley, CA. He was very courteous and professional with a "can do" attitude. I needed a 2nd witness on my Deed and he made arrangements to have someone there to assist. He did a great job with my Sellers and shipped the package back same day. I will definitely use him again.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job
Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.
Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review. |
