Mona was very helpful during the closing process. We were initially concerned about the package that we were about to sign and she went to great lengths to make us feel at ease. She explained what in detail what each page was for, and when she didn''t know, she made calls to find out on the spot. Mona Stokes was hired as our notary in Georgia by our Title Company for the closing of our house purchase in Colorado. A delay in documents from our Title company resulted in a later appointment with Mona & she was very interactive with keeping us inform on the process of the documents and her arrival. Signing the documents with Mona was very easy and we did have an issue with having to resign some documents. Mona took the time to ensure that all of the documents were filled our correctly, which did affect both her and our schedules. The three of us did eat lunch together and continued the documents, which was nice because we were able to discuss the process in depth to ensure we were fully aware of the closing and signing process because we are first time notary signers. My husband and I are very please with our appointment with Mona and are happy she was hired as our notary.

We needed documents notarized for an out of state property purchase and called Mona. We were unable to get the doc's notarized at our bank (no mortgage involved, so they weren't "able" to notarize them). We called Mona from the Credit Unions parking lot and she was actually leaving to the local FedEx store which would have been the location we would drive too to mail out our documents anyway. She met us there, notarized our documents, explained all requirements and helped us get them signed, notarized and in the mail quickly and efficiently. When we need a notary, Mona will be the one call we make. She'll even come to our home. SHE'S AWESOME!!!
