Carroll has helped me twice already. Both times were to notarize Power of Attorney documents for a new client.

Carroll met us at my client''s care facility. She is elderly and Carroll was very patient and gave my client all the time she needed in order to get the job done.

Mr. Strong is the personification of a "can do" attitude! He was able to accomodate our request for an in-home notarization to be executed the same day we called him.
