Mimi was very professional with our closing. She was prepared for anything - even making sure we used the proper colored ink for signing our documents. Mimi was also great at communicating with us in regards to setting up a closing appointment. My husband and I were very glad to have her as our notary for this closing. Mimi has completed several closings for Blackrock Lender Services in the Chicago area. I have been very impressed with her service and level of professionalism. Prior to going to the closing, she goes through the loan documents to make sure she is familiar with each document. We had a new document one day, she called to ask about it in advance.
