Davis Notary P.O. Box 2722 Santa Maria, CA 93457

Eric and Teresa Davis have been awesome when it comes to closing our loan signings. They remain professional and always available when needed. Thanks so much for creating a positive environment and signing experience for our customers.

Eric has done loan signings for FieldChoice since 2011. He is a 5-star rated notary with our company and has never received a single complaint from any of our clients. He also has zero document related errors in all of the signings he has conducted with us. Eric and Teresa are easy to work with and I highly recommend them!

For the highest degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and control of the process, then Eric Davis of DAVIS NOTARY is your man.
I have found Eric to be punctual, always on time, fully prepared, and engaging. My customers have all enjoyed the Notary experience with Eric; he keeps the process moving in a delightful manner.

Eric Davis has acted as my "go-to" notary for over two years. I have always found his service to be of the highest caliber. He is always on time, prepared, and knowledegeable about the documents he carries.

He secures his signed and unsigned documents and client checks in a safe in his trunk. The return of documents by FAX and FedEx has always been handled in a timely manner, and I can say that I have never missed a loan closing date due to any lack of follow up.

Although Eric originally came to my attention as a contract notary for our national providers, I continue to request him personally for loan services in his geographic service area.

I first started using the Davis Notary team last year, and have had nothing but a great experience. They are curtious and always very professional! Whenever I have signings in their area, they are my first to call. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased to work with Eric. He is extremely professional and gets the work done quickly and effectively. He makes sure to take more than the needed photos we require and strives to go above and beyond to provide us with the best service.

We highly recommend his work.

Eric is my preferred notary whenever I have a loan signing in Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo counties. He's capable of handling last minute signings and the docs are always signed correctly the first time. I would recommend his services to any title/escrow/mortgage company or signing service.

We have worked with Eric Davis for a few years. He is kind, courteous and extremely professional. He treats the client with respect. He is detail oriented and organized. He communicates with our office anytime there is a problem with the documents or the client. He then will follow up on the outcome to make sure everything has been resolved. He is a pleasure to work with.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
