I contacted Toye the morning of the day we needed notary & shipping services. We needed her to meet our clients at the Newark airport with all documents printed and to get to a FedEx drop-off that night. It was a challenge to find someone since many will not agree to meet at the airport because of the added hassle. She communicated well throughout the process, she accommodated changes in plans as our clients'' needs changed, and she completed everything exactly as needed. I highly recommend Toye Washington!

Ms Washington was very pleasant to work with. I needed a notary present for a telephonic hearing and I was unsuccessful with a lot of notaries prior to speaking to her. However, after locating her, she ensure that she would be able to work with me. She had prior experience in scenarios as such and educated me on the process. Also, she was very flexible in working with me based on the urgency of my request. She is very professional and reasonable in prices. I will definitely utilize her services in the future if needed.

We are from out of state and my wife needed to get a document notarized right away. I called around 7 notaries on 123notary.com the night before with no success. A little after 8am on the day when the notarized document is due, I found several more notaries on 123notary and asked for their availability before 11:30am, and to my surprise, Toye responded to my text message within 10 minutes saying she is available. My wife was tied up at important business meetings in a hotel and was not easily reachable. Toye called/texted us several times to reassure us that she is on top of things. She traveled to the hotel on time, met my wife and took care of the notarization without any issues. Without Toye's help, my wife would have had to skip afternoon business activities in order to go to an UPS store. We are extremely thankful for Toye's dedication and professionalism.

On time, pleasant, professional and prepared - Toye was all these things. I've never used a notary before, and wasn't sure what to expect, as I needed someone to come to my mom's hospital room for a signature. Toye was courteous, answered all my questions, and her rates are reasonable. If you're looking for a good notary service, look no further!
