My company reached out to see if Penny was willing to do a field inspection of a property. A lot of notaries are fine with this, but some just don't offer this service, so we ask. Instead of saying no, she dug for information, including the property address, asked how much it paid, and once she got said information responded "So you are asking me, a professional real estate broker, to do YOUR job?" "I'm a Realtor, not a photographer!!!" - this is highly unprofessional and a simple "no" would have sufficed at the beginning of the conversation when the task was initially discussed when she was asking what it paid, etc. the property is out of state for my office and we often contract notaries for such tasks when we don't have boots on the ground to complete them ourselves.

Penny is a very professional dependable individual. I have done multiple signings with her and she has alwayse been cooperative and effective. I would highly reccomend her to complete all typs of signings.

The notary Penny is very professional. She showed up on time and was very organized. She had all the documents printed and the pages marked where our signature was required. As a real estate agent, she was able to answer our questions regarding real estate terminology.
