This test notary was very helpful to us. When our neighbor planted a tree on our property, we needed an affidavit of illegal tree planting notarized. This test notary came right over, and got the job done in no time. Unfortunately, due to his bad driving skills, he inadvertantly ran over the tree that had been illegally planted.
