I contacted Mr. Thompson a few hours before a signing and he was able to meet with our customer no questions asked. He did everything I asked, completed the signing with no issue, and emailed me the completed documents very quickly. I hope to use Mr. Thompson again for other signings.

We have used Jacob several times already this year and will continue to use him. He responds to emails in a timely manner, usually same day. He manages to complete the task at hand the same day or next day. Once completed he is prompt in sending an email with the needed documentation attached. If an issue arises he is quick to send an email and always asks what to do to get the task done. Truly amazing and will continue to hire Jacob.

Jacob has always been available at the drop of a hat for us, and we have never had issues with his service for well over a year now. He has squeezed us into tightly scheduled days when we needed him to and dealt with some rather difficult records custodians for us.
