I needed to get my high school transcript notarized and signed by the school principal in order for it to be apostilled by the state of Illinois. I live in NC and couldn't easily make the trip back to IL to get it done. Linda worked with me and took care of everything and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the extra time and effort.
