Traveling to Mexico with my 9 year old son on holiday and I did not know I needed a notarized unaccompanied minor letter. American Airlines recommended that I contact Lisa. You can't imagine how stressed I was thinking we were going to miss our flight. Lisa met me at the LAX check in counter with in 20 minutes.
