Debra Fox is truly a professional. My loan was to close on Sunday 1/10/21 at noon, she called at 8:45 am and 11:12 am to let me know she was having problems downloading the documents. As it was a Sunday, neither she nor I were able to reach the closing company. After conversations with my loan processor, we rescheduled for 1/13/21. Debra kept in touch with me prior to our appointment. She arrived promptly and was very polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely request Debra for any future notary services.

Debra Fox is impressive! She came to the appointment for our re-finance and we were perfectly satisfied with her professionalism,timeliness, knowledge and experience. She was patient while I scrutinized the documents.
She was very organized in keeping that many papers in stacking order as both he and I had to sign and we were swapping them back and forth.
After the forms were finished,she had them quickly sent on their way to the Title Agency.

Unfortunately,through no fault of hers or of ours, the whole package needed to be re-signed to correct errors the Mortgage Broker and Title Agency had made.
So another appointment had to be made, which we had to schedule for an evening after work.
Debra Fox again appeared on time,well dressed,courteous,and we were able to get through the process again in a timely manner!! I wish all aspects of this re-finance went as well as her portion!
Her confidence in how she presents herself is truly appreciated as is her knowledge and her willingness to meet on a short notice evening appointment to handle business.
We will call her first when we have documents that require a Notary going forward.

We searched for a mobile notary that would come to our Mother's apartment to notarize her signature on real estate documents. We contacted Ms. Fox in the morning, and she arrived in the early afternoon.

She was an absolute joy to work with. She's very experienced, even pointing out the state ID for Mom did not have a signature, so we were able to copy another form of identification to return to the title company. That one small thing, could have held up the entire sale.
She also suggested we write down the tracking number of the return envelope to have that for our records.

I highly recommend Ms. Debra Fox if you are in need of a notary to make a home visit.
